• These terms apply to all orders placed through our website.

• We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.

2. Products

• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.

• As many of our items are custom-fit, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements when ordering.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.

• All payments are handled securely via our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, supply issues).

• Risk of the goods passes to you upon delivery.

• Delivery can take up to 14 days.

5. Warranty

• Our motor and metal work are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

• This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.

  • Water damage (including if the barrow is submerged or if the electrics get wet).

  • Normal wear and tear.

• Warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding custom-made products).

• Returned items must be in their original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses caused by use of our products.

• You are responsible for ensuring safe and proper use of your barrow and accessories.
